I made reservations 2-3 days in advance for a birthday dinner. So they had more than enough time to prepare for a large group. We received a waiter who seemed inconvenienced to be waiting a larger group. We honestly should have had ATLEAST 2 waiters. Ordering a beer that Is prebottled and comes from the freezer that is literally behind our table took at least 20 minutes sometimes. At one point I asked for the beer that I had order literally 25 mins prior and he tried charging me for another and I still hadn't received the one I ordered prior to that. The food came out and some was either cold, wrong, or the food didn't come out until almost everyone else was finished eating. On one particular order we had to send back THREE times to be fixed. At this point we asked for a manager who another waiter said "was at another table." This was probably 1.5 hours into us being there. The manager never showed. While we were eating and still waiting for all of the mistakes to be fixed we asked for the manager AGAIN! We asked a waitress this time and she said that she'd grab them. This waitress finally did come back and said the manager wasn't in at the moment. So we sat there and ate and waited. We had to get up and get our own togo boxes and the waiter was seldom seen. We waited FOREVER to see our waiter to even ASK for our checks. Once the checks were received they were mostly wrong. We asked for a manager AGAIN. I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk to ask for a manager from my seat INSIDE of the restaurant. Once on the phone with an employee I finally received the answer of "there's no manager on duty" at this point I expressed how upset that I was and someone FINALLY came to see me sitting at my table to address all of the issues. This still didn't do anything as these employees will not even tell the manager how upset we all were. 20% gratuity was added to all checks due to the number of people in our party. In my experience in waitressing and bartending you are to earn your tip. This was not earned as our service was almost non existent. My glass of water was filled a total of 0 times and others received no refills either. We still never spoke to a manager and paid gratuity on service that was THE WORST I have ever had. I have come into this establishment a handful of times since opening and the food has always been good. This time the food was good too. But the service just keeps getting worse. I will not be going back to this establishment due to the all around experience being the worst. I'm not sure where a restaurant has Noone in charge ..especially on a Friday night. This establishment lost money on alcohol sales too as we were all 21+ and most were drinking and celebrating a Birthday. Our business was taken elsewhere and will be...

Whether you're a sushi aficionado, a lover of sizzling hibachi dishes, or prefer classic tempura, there's something here for everyone. The variety of sushi rolls alone is mind-boggling – from the traditional favorites to innovative, signature rolls bursting with flavor. I couldn't resist trying the "Dragon's Breath Roll," and it was a delightful explosion of taste.
Seating Layout (⭐⭐⭐⭐ - 4/5): The restaurant offers a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. What stood out to me was the thoughtful seating layout. The interior is spacious and tastefully decorated, providing both intimate corners for couples and larger tables for groups. However, what really impressed me was the option for outdoor seating. Read moreThe service and sushi was very disappointing. Especially disappointed with the lack of transparent pricing and descriptions.
First for drinks I got a hot tea and my partner got (two) 12oz bottled beers. The beer my partner ordered was $5 but they were out so they brought the canned 16oz version. Cool but somehow we were billed $9.50 EACH. Absolutely ridiculous with no notice.
Not only that but the hot green tea I ordered, which was didn’t have pricing on the menu from what I saw, was $3.50 (on the high end but I’d happily pay that to enjoy tea with sushi). But never have I ever been charged for a refill for a hot tea, especially without being notified when asking for a refill.
After ordering, it took over an hour for our sushi dishes to arrive and the Samurai Sandwich roll ($15) which 1.) wasn’t even an actual roll, and there was nothing on the menu to indicate that. It was just a giant nigiri cut up into smaller nigiri, and 2.) was 90% rice as can be seen from the picture I will attach. It had barely more fish than either of the individual Maki rolls ($7 each) we ordered which are also pictured.
Aside from not getting one of our Maki rolls, the Philly and Salmon rolls tasted pretty good. However, again there was no indication that (despite being the same price) the Salmon roll was going to be smaller and have two less pieces despite being much simpler. If I had known I would’ve gotten two Philly rolls.
The pricing issues we didn’t find out until we got the bill and the food issues listed was all after we had wrong food delivered once and had then been waiting over an hour so we didn’t make any fuss, just ate, paid up and left. Maybe if we did we would’ve saved $15 on our bill of $80 for two people but we’re the last people that would make a scene so… unfortunate but we will not...
