Zumiez — Local services in Columbus

My 16 year old daughter, my boyfriend and I all love this place! The staff is so friendly and upbeat that sometimes I go in for just a dose of positivity and end up leaving with hoodies or socks for the family! Avoid the store on really busy days as it’s kindda small and can get cramped and hot. But it’s always a lot of fun to visit!

Update: Visited tonight with my daughter and the staff acted like we weren’t even there! They said hi to every person that entered the door but us and only jumped to help when it was time to pay. I miss the old staff because these new ladies were rude and unprofessional. I like Easton...

Complete waste of peoples time, gas and money. Website says in store only just for me to drive all the way to Polaris from Canal Winchester and they tell me I have to order online. It’s definitely giving false advertisement. Then they try to sell you expedited shipping after you’ve already wasted gas. Please just opt out of selling certain products if you can’t sell them in store. Also take the false advertisement of “In Store Only” off the website so that people aren’t wasting their time. Great Zumiez location in the mall. They have more skateboards here than typical Zumiez stores which was interesting. I love what they sell here. Due to Covid, people have to be let through a small barrier in order to keep the maximum capacity controlled. This makes sense and it is good they are doing their part in preventing the spread.
