my mom and i wanted bubbles to get a refreshing drink after a long day of volleyball. one location i went to had just closed so i was already frustrated, then i found this location that was still open for 15 more minutes. i went in and ordered my tea, the worker did not ask me to specify which kind of boba i wanted, she just asked if i wanted boba in it and i said yes, not knowing there is different types of boba. i got my 2 drinks and tried mine and realized the boba was squishy and not pop-able. then i picked up my mom’s and it was warm. it felt like warm tea out of a Keurig. i asked her to remake it and after she had only put in the syrups, i asked if it was too late to get the popping boba and she said yes, even though she hadn't put the boba in yet. so i left with my 3 drinks and as soon as i got in my car i was sobbing to my mom that we drove all this way and she messed up our orders. my mom sent me back in so she could fix mine. she looked displeased to serve a paying customer as she rolled her eyes at me when i ordered the same drink i hist had, not even a minute ago. she was very quite for such an attitude. now the popping/jelly boba part could be my fault, but she needs to make sure people are getting what they think they are and not just ask “ would you like boba in it?” if they say yes, ask which kind because some people...
Read moreI was too excited by the new bubble tea place. Was expecting some good bubble tea but the drink I ordered was white? Original milk tea is light brown, not white (with black tea). Don’t even know what they used to make my drink. It was so bland and not good just regular milk would taste far better in comparison. The tapioca was also terribly hard. Like I’ve read the reviews of how great the fruit juice is so if this place is only has good juice go learn how to properly make milk tea and the tapioca first before putting it on your menu. Too bad can’t give this one negative stars. Even the weakest bubble tea places in Seattle tastes better...
Read moreTook my girls for bubble tea. Most places I go are usually packed or at least a long line up, the fact that we were able to just walk up to the counter should have been an indicator of the service and quality of product we were about to receive. Definitely could do better with training staff on better customer service. We were greeted with a very unfriedly, sort of "what do you want" attitude. I think we may have disturbed the cashier from the conversation she was having with the other staff. The bubble tea was tasteless like others have mentioned. It's nothing special. It's not worth the trip! Save your money and get...
