Rude staff and no customer service skills. Staff took my name to be added to the wait list. Waited almost an hour and followed up with the same girl how many more people were ahead of me. She said my name was not on the list but I saw her type it. Then she said they probably called my name and I didnât hear it. How could they call my name if itâs not even on the list as she initially claimed?
Instead of offering to help me, she said I would have to be added to the list and wait again. No apology or didnât offer to rectify her mistake.
Also, I noticed they have several trays of sale items but they hide them. Only displayed one. When I was waiting to be helped, I saw one staff showing the other sale trays to a customer. Why not display them all instead of choosing on who gets to see them?

One of them was Finishing up with a customer and I was next in line. So she comes towards me and asks me what I needed help with and just as Iâm about to tell her what I wanted the Manager very rudely and with an attitude told me I had to wait because there was another person ahead of me and my boyfriend told her she was already getting helped by another employee and she was quick to just say never mind you can help her and I got no apology or nothing. I would understand if there was a lot of ppl in the store and maybe they were overwhelmed but it was just me and another lady in there early in the morning.    Read moreif i could give -100 stars i would the manager Crystal is the rudest & most discriminating person ever somehow because i was for a pick up i couldnât get the same help as othered even if i waited in the same line for the same 45 mins was told i wasnât able to look around or they would move on to the next person & i would have to wait another 45 mins. why have one line for pick up & walk in customers if youâre still going to quickly kick out the pick up person you should do better & have a separate pick up line to get them in & out in the first place if youâre not willing to help them after they still waited 45 mins just to get in.
