This was probably some of the worst customer service I have had at an Express store. I came in the evening around 545 for an exchange and the store was not busy (2 other customers present). They had 4 workers in the store. I spent the first 10 minutes trying to find the item I was trying to exchange in which no one approached me to ask if I needed help or was looking for something specific. I finally found my item and went to dressing room. I had to hunt down a sales assistant to open the dressing room. After several more tries of trying to find the size I needed for the exchange (no one bothered to check up on me in the fitting room), I gave up and decided to just return all items. The lack of attention from all of the workers there was very disappointing. As someone who has worked retail, your workers' customer service is a reflection of the training you provide them ( or lack of training). I hope you will do better...

   Read moreDonât bother coming here. Came on two different days and both days the store is locked regardless of the hours. And the lights were on inside. Came at 5:50pm, closed. Came again the next day around 2:50pm, still closed. Called the store twice on the second day, no pick up. If I could rate this with zero stars, I would. Wasted my time to come out...
