HORRIBLE ATTITUDE, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL ,BEHAVIOR IS HIW I DESCRIBE THE MANAGER OF THIS STORE ON June 25th, 2025 at 3:45pm (Manager did not give me her name because she was ashamed I suppose, ) ! Asst Manager :Joyce maintained professionalism calm decorum the entire time. Incident: Not knowing the return policy, I verbally asked the lady at the front what my refund policy was during my check put on Jun 23rd,2025. the lady said, as long as it’s above $10 we will refund you. As I entered the store today f I needed to return two of the dresses and Joyce , the assistant manager flat out said no refunds allowed. I said why is that, and she looked at the receipt and showed it to me that it’s a no return policy. We only credit you if an item is credible I said that is not what I was told. That’s reversion I asked before I checked my stuff out. Your employee , who was at the desk then , told me anything above $10 I could get a refund and checked us out. Please look at your cameras and that’s the reason why I’m back here right now returning the dress I have not even opened the bag Instead of the manager, stepping in professionally the manager babe up to Amy’s , yelled twice and said no return policy ““ no return and shook her head walking close and away. She did not even acknowledge me that I was There. .She had Had a horrible attitude . I do not recommend anyone shopping at the store because of the manager who is super rude not only did she not address me face-to-face, but while the assistant manager was addressing me, she rudely interrupted twice yelled at me with her tone, telling me not to point to her employees however she never even acknowledged the fact that her employee mentioned to me that I could not return any item $10 and above verbally this being my first experience b with Q. None of the managers nguyen and as the employee standing right next to them at the front desk, whether that is true or not at that time I said you can you have cameras rolling you need to look at your cameras because this is what I was quoted. None of them acknowledge the fact That the employee does not understand full form English or completely per say , so she might have quoted something wrong. It seemed like she did because she did quote me the $10 an up refund.. They also said that their number was not listed online however it is listed online. I will do an attachment here I spoke to a lady who held my glasses in the changing room. The assistant manager denied it that we did not have a phone number until I asked her to go to the fitting room and look for it. One of the girls working their handed me my sunglasses. I basically caught them in a lie. They said their number is not listed and not only that they insisted they did not have my glasses, but then one of their workers did hand me my glasses back. I’m not sure what’s going on and IQ but whatever it is, it is not Customer Service. It is the rudest most meanest and not only that unfair. So do not shop there unless you’re absolutely desperate. Do not expect any type of Customerservice. There are horrible, horrible horrible experience. This is their number that is “not” listed online per their management. Not sure how they employ their managers but they have zero manners, zero etiquette on how to address the customers and zero customer...
Read moreBuyer Beware. I went to this store looking for heels for homecoming and they had a huge selection so I got excited and bought two pairs of shoes. My first time wearing the first pair was to the mall today and I walked for 10 mins and the heel snapped… right. in front. of the store. my friend grabbed my spare shoes that i brought for school later today, so thankfully i didn’t have to walk around barefoot, but i walked into the store and asked them to exchange the left broken shoe and they refused saying i had already worn it. technically, i wore it for around 10 minutes - the amount of time i spent trying it on before buying it, but even after i said that they turned me down. I now have a broken shoe that i can’t wear with my dress to homecoming this weekend that i spent $25 on for no reason. IF YOU MUST, be careful when buying shoes here....
Read moreStaff wasn't transparent with the refund policy when I asked. No cash refund, only store credit. I happened to shop here after the changing room closed (for some reason it closes an hour before the store does) so I specifically asked if I could return a dress because it was for a concert the next day and I wouldn't have time to come back to try it on. The woman said I could return it within 14 days, but didn't specify that it was for store credit only. I would have left it behind had I known that, because of course it didn't fit so I had to wear a different outfit. The clothes at this store are cheap AF which is why I never shop there and am disappointed to not have my money back. Their associates need to be better about informing customers of their strict...
