CHOCOLATE GANAHCHE, with a BROWNIE+COCONUT=Nirvana I let the girl behind the counter make suggestions on what she liked , and I rolled with her choices and was very pleased by them. I was looking thru a percentage of some of the comments and was trying to understand why Cold stone Creamery received a score of 4.3, and not higher, out of 88 comments. The number one reason being is that the line and wait period for their ice cream was too long.One was actually "Line Out" the door. I wonder if that person realizes that this might be a good thing. A couple other complaints were that it was expensive. My small waffle cone, which was a good waffle cone, came to $5.87. I had a brownie, yes an actual full brownie, in it with very tasty real coconut. The whole ice cream/topping/cone, wasn't small in any manner. Most artisan ice cream shops are around this price range for what I received. So I disagree with these people.The inside of Cold Stone Creamy was well kept and has outdoor seating available.too Good service, great product for equal value to others in their niche category, that's all rolled up into Montrose Centers bungalow hideaway setting. What's not to like. So stop in, relax and enjoy your favorite flavors at the Cold Stone Creamery Ice Cream shop of Montrose Akron. As I remember, I was at another Cold Stone Creamery back at the Carousel Mall in Syracuse in the 2000's. member berries .You gotta love um.

The 3 women working around 4 today (May 20th 2021). Were amazing, I've only been into the shop twice, I was still a little confused on how it all worked but they were nothing short of helpful. With smiles and comforting reassurance. They even performed well in situation of conflict with a woman who couldn't understand the concept of putting on a mask. They stood their ground when having to ask her to put her mask on repeatedly.. and never did it un-kindly. Working in the service industry is not easy, and its hard to deal with people who don't understand that you are also, just following the rules that come with working at a shop in the industry. Those girls worked together and still managed to give the rest of the guests a pleasant experience. Proud of them. Pats on the backs and props for fun well done at the cold strone creamery in fairlawn! Working just a few doors down and with the service I got today, you'll see me a lot more often for a waffle cone with coffee...

Me and my children went into the fairlawn location. We haven’t been in a while and it’s our favorite ice cream place. I ordered three banana pudding ice cream in a cup. We all receive are ice cream and was enjoying the snack until there was a blonde piece of hair in my daughter’s cup. It’s was wrapped up in the ice cream. I understand accidents happen but maybe they should consider wearing some sort of hair nets and gloves. I advise the lady who made are ice cream and showed her. Her response was “want me to scoop the hair out for you”. Now why would I want to continue eating ice cream that had hair in it. Another woman came up and asked what was wrong and advise she was sorry and if I wanted a refund or new ice cream. I advise her we enjoyed the treat but would like it remade. She remade the ice cream for my daughter. Her reaction and quick response I truly...
