I have been to Greenberg's Jewelers to purchase jewelry for my girlfriend three times now. The first time we purchased two necklaces in October 2022 that she absolutely loves and wears all the time. Ryan Wildebour was our Sales professional during that first purchase and was very professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. He was very personable and made the jewelry buying experience great.
This second purchase was in January 2023 for a beautiful diamond one carat center stone diamond ring with multiple small diamonds placed in the ring mounting. We had searched multiple jewelry stores for the perfect ring mount and this is the one she loved the most. This time in addition to Ryan assisting us initially on our second visit, the Assistant Manager, Madison Mathews, also worked with me extensively when I finally came back alone to make the final purchase on my third and fourth visits.
The third purchase was in February 2023 for a beautiful 18 incy9 carat diamond tennis necklace. I had been looking for a really nice diamond tennis necklace for a reasonable price and Madison was able to locate a unique necklace at one of their other locations and bring it in for me to view. I purchased it and presented it to my girlfriend later in March. She absolutely loved it and wears it continuously.
Madison was extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and patiently answered all my questions. She has a great personality, a great sense of humor, and was a delight to work with for this purchase. Madison made the experiences really wonderful and I will definitely be going back to Greenberg's Jewelers in the future for future purchases due to Madison and Ryan.
Greenberg's Jewelers is a great family owned jewelry business with an excellent selection of diamond jewelry and they need to keep Madison on their staff as she is a great asset for their business sales and promote her when the...
Read moreBelinda Rosenbaum at the Coralville Greenbergs store was so very polite, courteous, and beyond helpful. She wasn't pushy, and she seemed very sensitive to my needs without being overbearing, everything you look for in an employee as a customer.
I was so displeased after leaving Kays and Helzbergs (mostly due to the lackluster attitudes of their respective associates, namely the way that they seemed preoccupied and that they have people come spend big money in their stores all the time, or that I wasn't trustworthy to hold a ring because I was wearing motorcycle gear). I almost didn't stop at Greenbergs, but I am so glad that I did.
The way Belinda dropped what she was doing and politely helped me through the important (to me) engagement ring purchase process took all the stress and work out of it, and I loved how she genuinely seemed to care how my soon-to-be fiancé felt, something that the competitors should take notice of when training their associates on customer service. I know people come in every day for those guys to spend hundreds maybe thousands of dollars, but this is a big deal to me and Belinda assured me that she was aware, and that my satisfaction with nothing less than the perfect ring was a big deal to her. The genuine concern that exuded from her throughout the process and the sincerity of her concern for my, and more importantly, my fiancés satisfaction, just blows the competition out of the water.
In short, she treated me like a life customer from the moment I walked into Greenbergs, instead of just another few benjamins lazily slapped onto the store counter.
Sorry other guys, you had your chance. Belinda treated me, and then later on, my fiancé, like life customers and that is what we have now become.

Read moreI wish I could remember the names of the two women who helped my dad yesterday, but they all seemed kind. Anyway... We had gone to all the other jewelry stores in the mall before this one. He's bought things here before, but he had specific photos from the others.. Anyway.. The salesperson at each place had asked for his budget and he let them know. The first store became uninterested, the second was just rude, and the third kept trying to sell things that were hundreds of dollars over what he said. The girl at the third place was nice enough, but she kept implying that the ones she showed us were at a "good price" at $400+ over budget. She then pushed and pushed for him to do the credit card if it was too much. He explained many times that he wasn't interested. Like I said, she was kind enough, but she wasn't all too considerate. I assume she was probably commission motivated. The two women at Greenberg's who helped him had asked up front what his budget was. They never once showed us anything over the budget. They showed us the best pieces they had that were under budget ($200+ under!), got us checked out, and let us go on our way. They were polite, understanding, patient, and considerate. They never once talked down to him, and made sure he had seen all the options that resembled what he was looking for (that were under budget), so he could pick the best one. The prices were great, the service was stellar, and we will bypass all the other stores next year. Thanks for making my dad feel like a person instead of just...
