HORRIBLE customer service. I bought a necklace from them, asked them if it would make my neck green. She said it shouldn't but was pretty unsure. I bought it and came back a few days later to return other items and the necklace because it made my neck green. The lady at the desk said they dont process returns. I thought it was strange so I looked at the bottom of the receipt and it said they do 30 day returns. So I went back and brought it to her attention and she still said they dont and her manager said not to. I went over to helzberg and cleaned my ring and shared my experience. A kind employee came over to help and when we talked to her, she was extremely rude. Took my neckalce and my receipt out the store and tossed it on the floor. The cooperate numbers are Australian so they wont connect at all. The manager was no where near to be found. DON'T BUY...

I decided to get my ears pierced and Tiffany was the absolute gem who helped me through the process. She took her time, ensuring the measurements were just right and handled everything with utmost care. Her attention to detail and patience made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. I have been in this store so many times. My kids both got their ears pierced here. It is really cheap. Like $40, also they have cute earrings for kids that are cheap since they are constantly losing them. Great...
