Store looks awesome after remodel. Last 2 visits need some work. My wife is thin and has difficulty finding the correct fit. First trip we were greeted and told if we needed anything to just ask. We asked for a specific size of bra. The lady helped us and we went to the fitting room. Our sales lady came back and asked how those fit. We said they did not fit right and asked for suggestions. She brought back one more and it did not fit well either. At this point she said she was sorry, but maybe this was not the correct store for her because she was so small. Not good for ego at all. On way out the girl running the dressing rooms saved the day. she looked at my wife and said we should try PINK.We did and it fit.
On 10/6/17 we went in for another bra and accessories for a weekend out. We were on our own until a girl in a sweatshirt and jeans asked if were were looking for anything. Store looked great and very upscale. Employees were not at all. with the exception of one cashier. My wife pointed to an item and the girl took us to the rack and said she did not know if they had a small enough size for her and walked away to talk to another employee. we found the size and a bra also by ourselves. Tried them on and made a $92 purchase. The store is new and Awesome. the sales staff needs a lot of work. We did not go to Target or the likes because Victoria Secret should be about the experience not just the items. It should never be a self serve store. You might need some brush up on salesmanship so you can stop the decline I have been seeing. Just my opinion, but we are rethinking our future purchases...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery poor, discriminatory customer service. After waiting in line for approximately 15 minutes (although store was not busy), the associate working the cash register rang up an individual that skipped the entire line. The customer that skipped the line noted she didn't see the line midway through and the associate said it was fine. Once I was helped the customer service associate noted that one of the tags on one of my items which had a handwritten SKU (presumably a return) which was incorrect and told me to go find another one so she could ring it up. After finding another item with a proper tag I was completing the transaction and she noted that I had a 15% coupon on my account and asked if I would like to use, which I replied, yes. After she told me my total which wasn't representative of a 15% off coupon, after noting this she said for some reason it wouldn't process and didn't offer to ask for assistance in figuring out the issue. After returning home it I realized she didn't remove the security tag from my item and had to drive all the way back. Upon coming back in they were very dismissive of the inconvenience and just stated that the alarm should have gone off when I left (which...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came to return an online purchase and the receipt wasn't in the bag like I thought. I understand fully needing a receipt to return things and because I had used klarna, I couldn't look it up by card. What wasn't ok was being talked to in a very condescending manner as if I probably stolen the merchandise and tried to return it. It was the tone and body language of the lady helping me with my transaction. It is possible to be helped without the attitude, I'm sure. Visted on another occasion and paid cash for my almost $300 order. I asked if I was able to get a blanket but didn't know you needed to be a card member for that. Instead of just telling me that those were for card members, she said in a snarky way, "did you use a victorias secret card". You know darn well I ain't used that card with how long it took you to count my change back š
Good selection of items inside though. There's like 3 nice...
