I was disappointed in the response I received by an attempt to exchange a very small, inexpensive item I purchased. When I came back to this shop (with the intent to buy more), the employee put me on the phone with the store manager, Theresa, I explained that my item had gotten damaged and would appreciate an exchange, if possible. She could’ve gracefully declined and informed me of their return policy but instead chose to tell me that she had reviewed surveillance footage of me and my partner shopping and that there was no way the item could’ve gotten damaged (as she had also verified with her employees). Unsure why she felt the need to give such a long-winded, unnecessary explanation. Putting your customers “on trial” and treating them disrespectfully by having your employee call you on the phone shows poor tact. Having customers request exchanges is par for the course in the retail world, it did not merit an awkward phone call to tell me she had stalked my every move on camera while I shopped. I would suggest training employees to inform customers of return policy and to do so with kindness and professionalism. The way the owner/manager handled this situation was completely inappropriate. My second suggestion would be to attempt to foster return customers, not one-time sales and rude responses toward customers when they return for an exchange or are unhappy with something. What a missed opportunity by the owner of this lovely shop. Also, their sacred hearts are marked up about double than what they are listed on Etsy. Support artisans directly by purchasing on Etsy rather than a middleman who doesn’t prioritize the customer experience. Bonne chance...

I contacted the shop to see about placing a large order for my wedding and despite the need for shipping and our timezone difference, it was a breeze and the staff was so helpful, encouraging and kind. They cared to keep my wedding date in mind and held my information to let me know when they had enough in stock for me, then made sure to fill the order well before the need-by date. My order arrived safe and beautifully packaged sooner than I had expected. The bouquet jewelry is high quality and even more lovely than I imagined and we're so excited to have these unique and stunning statement pieces as part of our displays. I love my items and I'm so grateful to the staff for facilitating my request with such care and attention. I purchased a few things only to have to return a few days later :) and the store set-up had already changed completely which is not something you see often. They even had a few special items that were of Coronado but from French/Belgian artists. Coronado & France - two loves. Julie, it was a pleasure getting to meet you - your staff was incredible as well - Evelyn was extremely knowledgeable and everyone was really helpful and made for a pleasant experience.
