I had a pretty bad experience there. I ordered the pink denim pumps online for prom. When I got them they smelled awful like dye so I let them air out and wore them to prom. It had just rained so things were just a little wet and obviously I'm walking so my shoes got wet. When I got home one shoe had a patch of dye that ran off completely and when I touched it (it was still wet) dye transferred onto my hand. The other shoe was perfectly fine. VS doesn't have a rule against returning used merchandise and I usually don't, but for $60 I expected better quality so I took them back. The lady (manager) stared at me like I was stupid when I said I didn't understand why it ran off. "Because you got them wet" she said. Ok. I get all of my shoes wet. I own a pair of denim shoes that don't lose their color in the water. I bet I could wash them and they'd still look great! She asked for my ID but I didn't have it on me (I didn't drive, my parents did.) She told me rudely if I didn't pay with a card she wasn't going to give me cash for the shoes. Okay? I had my receipt that said I payed with a card so what was the problem? After she realized I payed with a card she did the return but I left in a pretty bad mood. A manager should be more personable. I understand people probably try to get money for stuff they wore out a bunch of times but if they're so angry about people doing that they should change their return policy. VS has no limits on reasons for returning stuff. I went in another time to return something and it went fine. I peeked at the card scanner and it listed a reason that said "not happy with quality" and something about "discolored." Those are both valid reasons for a return, so why was...

After having a very tense few minutes of her attitude about "how long this will take" she chilled out, maybe she sensed her unprofessionalism was getting out of hand. I almost asked for the manager on behalf of her attitude. What is so bad about exchanging two perfectly fine online orders bagged, id present and receipts present? There was only one girl who helped, the other workers are standing around acting too special to ask how the customers are doing. Based on the other reviews this seems like a common theme here, this place needs a complete makeover, I've lived in Houston and Fort Worth and their stores NEVER...

She had me try on a few things to help me find the perfect fit. She picked out the perfect bras for me, and she got the perfect fit for me. She never made me feel uncomfortable or embarassed at all.
