Aritzia — Local services in Corte Madera

I've been shopping at Atritzia since they opened in Ottawa, Canada back around 2012 or so and have always enjoyed the clothes and the experience however Blaire M. at the Corte Madera Aritzia has gone so far above and beyond to make every trip to Aritzia not just enjoyable but successful. Blaire knows the store inside and out, she knows what is and isn't in stock by color and size without having to check the computer (although she always does just to make sure)... She is an exceptional listener and makes the most helpful suggestions when I'm looking for something in particular or for a certain event. Blaire isn't pushy and doesn't try to make you spend more than you intend to but I always do because she's so darn helpful! ... and while Blaire is the person I've interacted most with at this store, the rest of the staff has also been so great as well... Love the Corte Madera...

Customer service was horrible. The workers continued to just chat with one another rather than helping. No one helped gather my items while I shopped. I was holding ten dresses and had to approach Roxanne to help me with a fitting room. My items weren’t even package nicely. No tissue paper whatsoever. I came here on a day trip and it was my first time ever in an Aritzia. I wanted the pink sweat set but they didn’t have my size in the pants. Claire worked really hard to help me find my size in the pants before we ultimately decided that the straight cut were cuter than the cuffed fit which made me feel like she was more of a bestie than a worker.
