Not impressed or satisfied and I specifically asked for a white replacement screen for my new iPhone and made the appointment online and put that I wanted a white screen and then before I left the store for them to fix my phone I even went inside and said one more time that I wanted a white screen replacement because he wrote down black on the paper and he said that he could do a white one. And then I’m told that it will take about two hours and they will contact me when it was done they never got a hold of me I weigh all day long for my company phone to be done and right before they close I give them a call just for them to tell me sorry your phone was done along time ago and then I arrive to pick up the phone with a black replacement screen and not the white one that I asked for specifically multiple times. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism in satisfying the customer seems like it’s not a priority to fulfill the customers needs if I wanted my phone to be done house somebody else wanted it done then I Would not have specifically asked for a white screen I will not recommend anybody to this place and I will definitely not...

I was having problems with my iPhone 6 Plus screen not working all the time but working perfect when I was able to open it . Had a cracked screen on btm , slight . drove 70 miles to Corvallis to get my screen repaired . The tech was great and helpful she repaired the screen in a hour. When handed the phone turned it on screen wouldn't allow me to touch the buttons , tech took the phone and reworked good to go . On the drive home screen did the same thing again. Got home and called store the tech sounded surprised and asked me to bring it back. went back in tech inspected and reworked .it still had problems . Tech installed a different screen all...

Spoke with Eric to set the appt. He was very friendly and patient with all my questions. When I arrived the next day, the staff was welcoming and efficient (opening the door for me & customers, greeting each customer and fast response). I so appreciated the help! My cracked screen was fixed in about 6 hours and is like new!! Pick up was easy and the gentleman pointed out options that would be helpful in the future (without being pushy).
