Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Corvallis

The wings I have gotten to go have always been overly drenched in hot sauce. Their wings are, to me really expensive, and they used to be worth it but they're pretty hit-and-miss the last few times. Bad rating is because the last time we went there my wife got bad chicken in a sandwich. The service was poor that night, took forever to remake sandwich and brought the 2nd tryout raw, we just left and asked for it to be taken off the bill, as we were leaving it was finally done correctly and they offered to give it to us even though it's been taken off, we did not even want it. Every time I got something to go a small order of wings takes 40 minutes to an hour. Don't go anymore. Update They have improved... 1 star to a 3. See if they can get that 5. UPDATE Back down to one star. $17.29 for 10 wings? They were not good size high quality they were tiny shriveled and overcooked, every time I order it's at least 10 to 15 minutes after the time expected. In addition they are heavy on requesting a tip. When I get there my order is either late or sitting on a shelf for me to grab myself. Asking me to tip you so that I can grab my own bag off a shelf is beyond ridiculous and with higher prices for lower quality this has turned me off permanently. I don't understand how this place is in business. A $1.79 for a tiny wing. I'm out.

ANother Update, Gave the place one more shot. Yo, they charged me for pickup. Not kidding, was like $2.00 fee for pickup. Ya last chance charging extra for me to pickup my own order was insane. I will never give this company...

This is the first time I write a review for this place. You will ask why didn't I write it before it's because every time I have been there I make up an excuse for not complaining. On many different occasion my fries and wings were not freshly cooked and delivered to my (reheated), again this happened more than once, when I precisely ask for fresh fries and wings. What's even worse is that when I ask them if my food is fresh they lie to my face saying they just cooked the food!!!!!! I usually cook my own food I know really well the difference between freshly cooked food from reheated food. I don't know if they try to play smart or what! Today I went there at 10 pm. 30 mints before they close, I ordered a basket of fries and snack size boneless Parmesan garlic and traditional all flat medium (10 piece). What I got was reheated fries AGAIN and when I asked her if it was fresh the waitress said YES it was freshly cooked!!! But when I confronted her again, she said that she will ask the kitchen and get me a new basket of fries. They messed up my medium and got me two orders of Parmesan garlic!!!! By the time they fixed my order at 10:47 she was like would you like to put you order in to go boxes, like they were trying To kick me out of the restaurant. Me and a couple friends will go here from time to time for lunch during the weekday and it is usually fairly slow service but nothing too bad. Today was a completely different story. We were the first people to walk in at 11 AM and as we were sitting down the cook overheard us talking about doing the burger +1 dollar boneless wings deal for lunch. He came over and asked us if we were all going to do it and we said yes, so he said he would go back in the kitchen and start getting things going even though we had not ordered yet. We put our order in at about 11:07 and then proceeded to wait. The first two of us got our order 35 minutes later the other two guys that were with us got their order 20 minutes after that so they waited 55 minutes for a burger and six boneless wings. For people who are going out to eat during work time this is unacceptable and way too long to wait. The person serving us apologize profusely and offered to give us free drinks so we took them up on the offer. When we got the bill (we had to wait another 20 mins to get that) they charged us for the "free"drinks....we just paid amd left....didn't want to wait another 30-45 mins. The burgers we also overly cooked and dry....would recommend NOT going here for lunch and would NOT recommend going here if you're paying full price as their prices are outrageous at this point.
