One time standing in line I heard a customsr say to a cashier concerning a customer who was in front of her how she felt she really wanted to slap the customer across the face in front of her juat because her personal feelings towards the peraon. Way unprofessional behavior of employees and disrespectful cuatomers. If you cant stand customers, then don't work in the customer service field. And especially on the front lines. I'll be sure to capture the next employee I see treating a customer so awefuly on film, where I'm sure the DOJ and Grocery Outlet corporate won't tolerate such behavior from branches/franchises.
