I used this company two times to send flowers to my friend in the US from Russia. Just few companies receive payment from outside of the US. It was nice last year when the payment was through PayPal. This time I filled out the order form and since I have spent so much time on chosing the right gift (everything looks so beatiful) that forgot to put the date when I want the flowers to be delivered. What only I was thinking to myself when I did it? Probably something like "well, everybody knows when Angelo's birthday is!" Anyway, I only realized my mistake when I received the notice in my email that the order is accepted and will be delivered today! 10 days before I needed it actually. So, I wrote to the contact email saying hey I need it on the 11th, not today! I got an immediate response that the order will be held, however, it was pretty late to change it. Luckily it was Hawaii and we had a few hours extra. Then my friend called me and asked me many things but through the course of the conversation I anticipated him saying something like: well, thank you, but it is toooooooo early for my birthday. Anyway, he did not say anything about the flowers and I realized they were not delivered and put on hold. Read moreLast Friday flowers were delivered to me for Mother’s Day from a local florist where Joe has ordered flowers for several years. I didn’t take a picture of that arrangement. Some of the stems were broken and it just didn’t look nearly as nice as other flowers from this florist. By Tuesday a few of the flowers were completely lifeless and looking very sad. Because the florist always sends a note asking for feedback, on Wednesday Joe sent them a note. Last evening after 8:00, we got a phone from the owner. He told us he would be bringing out a new arrangement ‘in the morning’. We told him he didn’t need to, that it was okay. He insisted. We were out on our walk when we got another call from him saying he was almost to our house. We were a little less than a mile from home. We couldn’t make it back in time to see him. The flowers were sitting on the bench, in the shade, on our front porch when we got back.
We just wanted to give a big shout out to EXPRESSIONS IN BLOOM! What a beautiful arrangement. Thank you so very much for the gorgeous ‘do over’ arrangement. Customer service at it’s finest.

Read moreSuch a lovely experience from the owner of this shop. I had lost the order that was placed so just cancelled it but still wanted to find out what happened as it went through paypal.
I had contacted inbloom with Twila answering and doing her best to help me . Then Johnathan got on phone and he found the order. Turns out paypal was little behind sending it but it came through.
Jonathan was so calming and professional and made sure the order still got out today . I was concerned as I was in Calgary . But Jonathan not only made a change on delivery for me but got them out on time.
The arrangement was Gorgeous and worth every penny. I will highly recommend this wonderful business to everyone.
It's such a pleasure dealing with such wonderful compassionate company that goes way above the norm to make sure before he hangs up for the last time your happy and your expectations were met.
