I was shopping with my daughter today at kirklands. I promised my daughter a mother/daughter shopping trip. We started off at Kirklands in cranberry. I have always had such a great experience with customer service at this location. The workers always are helpful and friendly even when they have been swamped with holiday rushes. Todays experience was above and beyond! I dropped my wallet and did not notice. The associate brought it to me a few stores away. I was shocked because I had no clue yet it was missing plus I had a large amount of cash on hand, along with all my credit/bank cards as well as a business bank card. I asked how she knew to find me and she said the clerk that rung us out had heard that we were talking about Ulta so she figured she would try and locate me. I told her that Kirklands sure has gone above and beyond with customer service today! I will never forget them helping us out today and that they went to such an effort to make sure my wallet was returned to me safe and sound! Trust and believe that you are in a great and safe environment with amazing workers and beautiful items paying the best price they can offer when you visit this store!
