Kohl's — Local services in Cranberry Township

This store was so busy that the checkout line was almost to the back by the customer service entrance. However, the cashier who rang me up was kind, patient, polite, and smiled the entire time. The line moved way faster than I expected and even though they were super busy, there were plenty of inpatient customers who weren't thrilled by the amount of time it was taking to get rung out. I am appreciative of the attitude of my cashier and thank her for a job well done. I was in a hurry and wasn't in the best of moods myself and she remained pleasant and helpful the entire time. I did not present with a demeanor that would've shown that I wasn't in the best of moods, but I wasn't my usual friendly self either, but my cashier made a huge difference for me and how my checkout went. It was a good experience and I would go back in the store again to purchase even though I don't typically like in-store shopping. As far as the store's appearance and stock, they had a lot of things to offer as far as selection for Christmas shopping but there were a lot of things disheveled due to the number of customers in the store going...

I visited today to go last minute Christmas shopping and will never return I saw so many people in here without masks just walking around and I went and talked to the manager and she said there is nothing I can do about it and I told her it’s not fair that my mother who has pre existing health conditions wears one and doesn’t complain but all these people walking around don’t have to have one on she told me there was nothing she could do and I told her then why do you have the sign on the door as soon as you walk in everyone must wear a face mask the health department needs to be aware they are not following the law and they are putting everyone at risk by not following the guidelines that the store and the law has set any other store would have told them to leave. I’m glad kohls manager and employees think it’s a joke to not wear and mask and not enforce it . Kohl’s will never get my business they are too over...

This was my 2nd stop at a Kohl's store, as I was trying to make a merchandise return. The first Kohl's location said that they were unable to take my return, as that location didn't sell the item The Mgr directed me to a different Kohl's location, explaining that they would be able to access the return info & accept the return. Imagine my surprise to find out that in fact neither location that I visited, nor any other Kohl's location, would accept the return. I wouldn't have been glad to know that they'd changed their return policy but would've been appreciative not to have gotten bad info or the run around.

Since Kohl's stopped carrying a couple of the brands that I like, I was completely disinterested in browsing. I know that lots of people like this store and swear by it...I am not one of those people. So if you like this store, please, have at it. I'll...
