Had terrible experience at this store. When we first went to the store the manager was trying to sell us the iPhone 15 and told us we would not get a better trade in deal with the 16, we did not buy it and decided to wait for the 16 and the trade in deal was far more money than if we did the trade in with the 16 and the girl that we worked with said she wasn’t able to say anything before because it was her district manager and didn’t want to go against what he was saying.
The girl that helped me made it seem like she knew what she was doing but ended up telling us incorrect information and charging us for a services to activate in store and we were told that we were going to be charged regardless but we could have avoided this service by doing it at home. So we had to pay for the service of doing our phones AND the activation fee. Days later when we figured out what she told us was incorrect another man then refunded the service charge but not the activation fee.
Secondly, the girl told us that with the internet service we wouldn’t be charged for the 30 days of trial but in fact it was that we wouldn’t be charged UNTIL the 30 day trial was over. We asked this specific question because we had an internet service already and were not wanting to pay for 2. We returned the device but we are being charged for 2 month of service even though we returned it before the 30day trial was over!
3rd when we went to the store for the 3rd time to talk to them about refunding the service fee the guy said the girl had not been there long and didn’t know all the correct info and because we were told so much misinformation he would leave a letter to the manager who was on vacation about this issue and he would put in our Verizon account about the issues and would work on waiving the activation fees for our phones he also insisted he give 3 charging blocks as a TEMPORARY compensation for our multiple issues, I told him I didn’t need the charges I just wanted our account fixed because we ended up with a $500+ bill from Verizon. The guy said he would be going on vacation directly after his manger returned and he would stay in touch to make sure this was taken care of. We waited 2 weeks and still haven’t heard anything back.
I called the store today and the manager was so rude and didn’t care about any concerns I had. Then proceeded to say the other guy already gave me chargers and I should be happy with that and he couldn’t do anything with our activation fees. I told him that I didn’t want the chargers and all I cared about was fixing my account because it should not have been $500! Then he said well then bring them back but I can’t do anything else for you. I am so upset that so many things went wrong and I was spoken to so rudely! Now I’m stuck with a bill that should’ve been almost half what it is! I will be contacting someone because I feel so wronged and told so many different things just so they can upsell my upgrade! I will be filling a complaint with the BBB!

It's been roughly a week past the date that it was expected to arrive. I called this morning and the phone has been there but no text or email was received as expected. When asked when i wanted to come in and set up the phone i said today. I was then told I needed an appointment to set up the phone (flip phone) I explained it's a flip phone and theres no contacts or anything to transfer over. After all of this he explained there's a nation wide network outage and they didn't know when it would be back up. The skeptic that I can be at times, called Verizon and they are not aware of any outage and couldn't explain why I was told otherwise. Read moreI went in to the store on a Sunday afternoon not realizing the store was already supposed to be closed. Jon, the tech consultant was dealing with another customer and hadn't locked the door. When I realized the hours, after the other customers left, Jon was more than willing to stick around later and assist me with an upgrade. Even after I said I'd come back another day, he was persistent in saying it was not a problem and he was happy to help. Jon didn't sway in providing excellent customer service as he showed me different options and was patient as I decided. He set up my phone and even went so far as to call me after I had left when he realized we hadn't done a test call. He went above and beyond what was expected and as a result I will definitely continue to go to the store for assistance...
