Aspen Mine Center is out of this world beautiful, when you you walk in the door..Bam, you are visually greeted with an amazing decorated view of a waterfall and mimicked mining area! It is just breath taking. As far as the customer service goes I personally was taken care of without a problem, however there are a few workers that you should either watch how you act around or you'll get yelled at, especially if you do not know what you're doing. My wife went there and did not know how the downstairs clothes closet worked and the upstairs store was all paid items, she was treated very bad by certain employees, and I am not going to name them but if they read this, Please if you're not able to help people in a nice and professional way then you should not be in the business where you have to help people. My wife is disabled and did not deserve the treatment she received! Other than that, Aspen Mine is a wonderful place, GOD BLESS and plz keep up...
Read moreWell; to begin with, Aspen Mine Center provides vital assistance to those in need. They really helped me out when I needed clothes for a new job, after business hours. With a 'donation requested' lunch on Wednesday, conveniently located near a place to catch a shuttle. The staff are friendly and helpful, but Workforce does not seem eager to help. Also serves as a public meeting Hall to the town of Cripple Creek, Victor, and Goldfield area!
