Unfortunately I tried to get a coffee at the coffee bar in the hotel lobby. The man working there was very under skilled to be working on his own. I ordered my oat milk latte and two pastries at 8:36. At 9:10 I was given the wrong drink and the employee had no clue what a chocolate croissant looked like and was asking me to point it out to him in his back case that I couldn't see. There were at least 5 other people that had to wait over 20 minutes each for their drinks. I was served a drink with whole milk, assumed it was the drink i had ordered and took a sip. I instantly got hives in my mouth as I am allergic to dairy. When i brought the drink back to him I noticed that the sticker was a different drink order than what I had placed. I assume he either made the wrong drink or gave me someone else's but this mistake ruined my morning. As I am ALLERGIC not intolerant to the dairy I had to take some of my medication to ease the hives in my mouth from the drink of whole milk while waiting for the correct drink to be made.
