Claire's — Local services in Culver City

I brought my niece to get her ears pierced. I was serviced by an associate by the name of Karla followed by a assistant manager by the name of Ashley whom didnt even have a name tag on her shirt. They both were very disrespectful we walked in on a non busy day we weren't even acknowledged until i said "Hello". Karla gave me some paperwork to fill out, she didnt explain what it was for. As she is about to start the process, she didnt even tell my niece when she was gonna begin to pierce her ear she literally just snap the piercing on her. Afterwards i had to ask for care instructions because she didnt even tell me any after care instructions. They had promotion signs all over the store and they didnt even bother to explain what they were "customer service?" So to finish off we did our purchase they did not i repeat DID NOT!!!! OFFER ME THE PROMOTION OF THE 20% OFF NEXT PURCHASE they were advertising. When i went back in to speak to Karla as to why she didn't give it to me she stood quiet and wasnt sure on how to answer so she redirected me to assistant store manager "Ashley". Ashley was awfully rude, she began to give me attitude and was not courteous at all. She was not trying to understand my question so to shut me up they gave me a coupon they know wouldnt work on any other day. What kind of training did these team members get? Specifically how does someone like Ashely get a manager position when she has pooor customer service. I will never shop at this claires or at claires in general. This was the worst shopping experiece EVER!!!!!!! PLEASE opt to go elsewhere and research before going to any Claire's. This...

My favorite place to pick up.some Lube miracle patches. You apply to the back of your ears..undetectable... easy to do.... they reduce the strain of heavy earrings. And also. If your ear lobes were torn do to a fight with someone. Or stretched lobes this will do the Job . I thank god for these miracle patches.. the prices for a box of them 60 patches are 14.00 dollars plus taxes It's worth it. I buy 2 boxes so. Look all I’m gonna say is if you get your ears pierced at Claires or if you take your kids there: IRRESPONSIBLE. The piercing gun is awful and if you don’t realize that by now, you deserve whatever infections or uneven placements you get. Grow up and get your ears pierced at the tattoo shop like a responsible person. Call ahead and ask the tattoo shop piercer if they can do kids ears too, its your/their body for crying out loud. Would you get surgery done at walmart? I think not!! Anyways, love claires, cute...
