I love going to this store to get my fun Halloween items but sadly today my experience was not great. There was a female manager with pink hair working the register that’s very very rude. I asked her a question about a product and she was very annoyed and was very short with her answers. It really appeared like she did not want to help me and she seemed very bothered. It really made me not want to make a purchase but I still did because I really liked the item. Customers should be able to receive good customer service from friendly workers and the manager should also lead by example. I will say there was another male employee present with black curly longer hair that was super friendly and sweet and gave me great service.
