I took my grandfather's antique watch here where I met with Luis. He immediately offered amazing one on one service. First providing a quick look over the watch to see what might need fixing. The quote was exactly what I expected it to be and then the final price was even less. He took the utmost care to disassemble the watch without causing further damage (which previous jewelers told me was inevitable when taking this watch apart because of the high-tensioned main spring). Amazingly, it was done perfectly and the final price was much less than the quoted price meaning the quoted price was going to be the maximum it would take for me to restore my grandfather's watch.

Luis was great with communication along with timeliness. He finished fixing the watch a lot quicker than I had expected. When I went to pick it up, although it was late, he greeted me with a pleasant smile as soon as he saw my face. I have to say I was not expecting him to remember me, especially with how many people he must see in a day. This reassured me that my watch was in good hands as not only are they great at what they do, but they have great customer service skills making me feel welcomed and taken care of. He even threw in a free re-sizing due to the large job at hand.

I got an Android wear watch recently, and I wanted to change the band because the original band is a metal band and I like to go to the gym a lot. So the metal band is very inconvenient and uncomfortable. I went to Fast-Fix first, which is on the same floor as Stop & Fix. Fast-Fix had a band to sell me, but wanted to charge me extra for the pins because the pins for my original watch band are part of the band. They offered to sell me two pins for $10 each. This sounded very overpriced to me, so I went to Stop & Fix. They had a similar band, and didn't charge me extra for the pins, even after I asked if it will be at an additional cost. The clerk was very helpful and now I have a band suitable for the gym, at half the cost of what Fast-Fix was trying to charge me. If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. This place is absolutely terrible. I gave them my watch to get its battery changed and they damaged it! She said it would take 5 minutes and she couldn't even open the back in 10. When I realized she was having a hard time opening it I asked her if the watch would be damaged at all and both the ladies confidently answered no.. In the end I asked for my watch and left without the new battery but the back and sides were all scratched, the band (metal) was bent, and my watch looked old!
