THIS ARROGANT VS LADY NAMED CRYSTAL IS RUDE AND SHOULD BE CORRECTED.

I went to this location today at around 7pm and tried to purchase a blouse from the clearance section. There was a sign in there saying 40% off but the blouse itself did not have a tag. I was surprised with this location because there aren't any VS ladies ready to assist. i looked around and saw two ladies who were chatting and I asked one of them how much the blouse is. She hurriedly said $24.50 and went back to her chat with the other lady. After browsing for more items to purchase, I decided to just get the clearance blouse. It is for a gift and I just have a certain budget..so I politely verified with this lady , "is the $24.50 still subject to 40% off , meaning it goes down to around $15 or so?" Again, I got the impatient look and she said "yes, if that's the computation for 40% off then that's it." Then brushed me off again.

So I went in line for the cashier and was ready to pay for it. The cashier was gracious, but she had to call the same lady for the price. This arrogant saleslady looked at the tag and just like that--without saying sorry, told me it's $50 something. I ASKED HER TWICE. If she doesnt know the price she should have said so and not waste my time. I asked her name and she arrogantly said CRYSTAL, without batting an eyelash. The cashier was apologetic but she was not.

I always order online from Victoria Secret but i was in the mall already and decided to shop in store. Big mistake the girls there were so rude and lacked customer service. Walked in there was a Hispanic girl at the door didn't even try and greet me and my friend. Two workers walked past us without acknowledging we were there. No how may i help you or what are you looking for. Then i stop a young black girl with corn rolls and asked if they had backpacks. she pointed to where they were and kept walking. Welp we went to the counter and three young ladies stood talking up a storm. we stood there for about 4mins before they even looked our way. The cashier black girl with shoulder length short brown and blond hair rang up my purchased not once Greet me asked if i found everything Ok or even told me the total. She kept her conversation going with her co workers. They talked and checked out each others bag all while doing my transaction. I paid she bagged my purchase and threw the receipt in the bag and handed to me. Not once looked at me or talked to me. I didn't even get a Have a nice day. She was in such a rush to go home she didn't care to attend to me as a customer. Worse service ever this is why ill continue to...

I visited this location for Christmas shopping with a friend. the second we walked in, we were greeted with smiles. A+. My friend knew what she wanted and went straight to it. the employee answered all of her questions without any hiccups. now what really made me feel good, was the employees who greeted me. i was looking for panties for my wife. Not once did they make me feel uncomfortable. they did not ask who the panties where for, they just asked what was i lookin for today A+. the employee suggested a few styles and the other employee showed me some in another style they my wife may like with a smile A+. even though i did not find a style i liked for my wife, i still felt that i just as important as a woman customer coming into the store.
