Worst experience and confused 😕 employees. I wish there was a option to give this store a 1 star. Went there and bought a shoes for Christmas part, Checked it it loooe great, the packed it wrong size, color and style, it was shoe that they sold to someone else and they gave it to me . I found right before Christmas party that my shoes were wrong. I call them after holidays. They promise to send me another one, and that one also got lost.the manager excuse was “ we were busy”. I decided to give them another chance and bough another shoes over the phone. They charged my card on Friday and they didn’t shipped out it until a week later. Oh my goodness! I went to Jimmy Choo‘s at the outlet mall last week to look for a pair of shoes to go with a dress that I had bought to go to a wedding. Let me just tell you that these ladies were so helpful. They went above and beyond what I ever expected. They did not have the shoes that I wanted so they called around and found, the shoe that I wanted in my size at another store and had it shipped directly to me. Olivia and Alyssa were amazing! Very disappointed in the customer service at this location. I was very interested in buying a pair of the JC/Timberland stlye boots and no one would assist me. Three employees on the floor. Only one other customer was in the store, who was being assisted. Two other employees were behind the counter.
