This comment is in response to a comment from Ryan Tissier down below. I was in the establishment while his order was being placed, and I distinctly remember the cashier following up on his questions with insightful and informative answers about the drinks and what she did and did not recommend. I honestly feel so sorry for those workers because they have to serve people like them. They disrupted my time and were very rude to those girls! These people were giving these girls a lecture about having a dumb policy written for them to see beforehand, yet it should be common sense that when you order an expensive drink that uses fresh ingredients and made to order, when you don't like it, you don’t just get another free drink. Also, if a worker is giving you advice for what she recommends for your child, you should probably take it because im sure they know what they’re talking about. I apologize for this long response but i hate when people like this ruin what sweet hardworking people are trying to do. This place has a great environment with wonderful servers and...

Came on Saturday afternoon. I asked the cashier what was the “Four seasons milk tea.” She said it was like green tea but has more caffeine. I said no thanks, do you have oolong tea milk tea instead? She said yeah that’s the Four Seasons. I gave a confused expression, laughed, and said ok… (what?). I received my drink and went back in the car. I took a sip and it literally tasted like watery milk. No tea flavor AT all. It took one more sip to confirm. The person I was with took a sip and said yeah this tastes like nothing, they probably messed up the order. After only taking 3 sips. We went back inside, told them how it tasted, and asked if we could exchange it for just a regular milk tea. Cashier said no they would have to charge us for another one. The person that made the drinks interjected and said well we can give you half off… We just left and threw away a $6.50 + tax drink....

Don’t come here. Worst customer service experience ever. The staff is very rude and acts like you’re inconveniencing them by showing up to their job.

First time here. We came on 12/27 at 3pm. While we were looking at the menu, the two girls behind the register gave us an insane amount of attitude… despite the fact that the store was COMPLETELY empty (I now understand why). We asked how the brown sugar tea tastes and the Asian girl responds “it just tastes like brown sugar.” We then sit down to look at the menu closer on our phones. After two minutes, the other worker says “are you going to order.” We tell her no not yet (obviously). She says “so you’re just going to sit there.” We were the ONLY customers in there. I guess customers are not allowed to sit down despite their being chairs. Rudest experience ever. If you hate your job, then get a different one. Don’t take it out...

I called and ordered in advance, I loved that they accept orders over the phone. I was in a rush and I try to order ahead when I can. Besides the cute cups and straws… the tea (IMO) was pretty average. The tarp bubble tea however is very different and is worth the try. Not a lot of tea houses offer fresh taro in the drinks so I thought that was a nice twist on things. For someone that wants milk alternatives…there’s is none (and as the statistic of use of dairy milk declines) I really hope to see other kind of milk alternatives such as -oak -almond -coconut Something! Something for those that doesn’t want the harmful hormones in regular dairy milk that other plant based mills can help make the teas so much better! Besides that, good stuff! And staff

I had an interesting experience here, and I gotta say the staff definitely made it memorable. Despite bringing in outside food (which I know isn't always cool), they didn’t make a fuss, and the service was actually pretty decent. The drinks were great too just the right amount of sweetness. I mean, I wasn't sure what to expect when I first walked in, but the team definitely did their job. The vibe might’ve been a little off, but hey, sometimes places have their own rhythm. Definitely a spot to check out if you're in the area
