SEPHORA at Kohl's — Local services in Cypress

Terrible experience. Juat want4d to check the batch number on an expensive cologne. Kohls at Steeplechaee found the product in the back because it's not on display. You have to request the item. Angie assumed they didn't have and initially did not want to even check because she KNEW they did not sell the product. After explaining what happened for the second time. She proceeded to "go to the back' and lo and behold the cologne is right there. Checked the batch number and was on my way. I'm understanding the unhelpful attitude for an easy customer issue and 30 second solution....

By far the worst Sephora I’ve been to. They have next to nothing in this store. Nobody that worked here was to be found. I don’t even see why this Sephora was opened in the first place given they carry less than half of what other Sephora have.
