The Humble Abode — Local services in Dahlonega

I was so disappointed as I just left the humble abode today. I have gone to this cute shop every time I come to Dahlonega, but unfortunately will never shop there again. I picked up a glass oil lamp, and the top was not secured onto the top of the lamp and slid off. I offered to pay for the broken lamp thinking that shop owner would not take my offer, but she did and made me pay for the broken lamp. I understand that I broke the lamp but was extremely disappointed that it broke because it was never secured to the small lamp to begin with. I absolutely love visiting The Humble Abode! It’s such a charming store, nestled in the heart of Dahlonega, GA. I love finding hints of vintage home decor, mixed with traditional styles of today. They alway have perfect seasonal gifts as well! The staff are always very helpful and so pleasant to talk to you every time I visit.
