Adele was interviewed on the Graham Norton Show and mentioned how much she misses her favorite British condiments and snacks, now that she spends most of her time on this side of the pond. Thank goodness for establishments like Crown and Bear that allow ex-pats and anglophiles alike to scratch that particular itch when necessary. Iâve enjoyed visiting British-themed shops for years, and I think this local treasure may just be my favorite. The selection of products is amazing, and my home is becoming fairly well-stocked with high quality items purchased here, including a teapot and cups, a full set of Mason Cash bowls, and numerous packages of delicious snacks (Ok, the snacks are all gone, but Iâll go get more this afternoon). Fiona the proprietress and her daughter Katz are among my favorite local shopkeepers and both are a delight to visit with while shopping here. You may even become so engrossed in one of Fionaâs many hilarious stories that you forget what you were looking for in the first place. But donât worry, she will help you remember and make your shopping experience thoroughly enchanting at the same time. The proprietor and staff were easily the warmest, friendliest, and sweetest shop keepers we met all day in the many shops in Dahlonega that we visited. And although we missed the much celebrated and hyped Corgi hugs the day we visited, we are planning to return again soon and see if we can rectify that!

They have many British themed gifts as well as a limited selection of fancy seed, British canned and bagged food items. Three people in our party ended up getting some souvenirs to take back home. A very pleasurable and enjoyable experience...
