I almost shopped here always whenever I visited north park mall. Floor staff were always cordial, genuinely eager to help. The lady in her tank top, guess she is the lead here and the college kids working beside her were great people. The real problem these days is with the billing department. I was trying to pay with an AE gift card and the young lady working the billing could not even scan the gift card properly. I had to spend almost 30 min. On phone with customer care. Everything was in order, just she didn’t care to properly scan the card with the barcode scanner. After I asked her to scan properly, it went through without an issue. She was unapologetic and the typical chewing gum and careless attitude, the way she bagged my items was very off putting. May not visit this...

Never have I ever wrote a review about a retail store… but the associates at this store deserve one. The girl at the counter on December 12th at 1:25pm was one of the rudest people i’ve ever witnessed. Started to tell us about a sale and then blew us off with a comment under her breath and didn’t even finish what she was saying. Something about “nevermind yall wouldn’t…” and lost it from there. Had to get back in line for something else and the way she spoke to another couple of people was so rude and embarrassing. Saying comments like “be honest.” After being called out for being so rude, she word for word said “you should too.” Watching her interact with every customer was ridiculous. I went to store on last Sunday 6/26 to purchase something but they did not have the items at store. They put my order online but they shorted to put 2 items from my order. They charged me for 3 items. I just received only one item today. I called to the store and asked for the manager. She's not there. There's a guy who acted as an assistant manager at the store. He's very crude and did not help me. He also hung up my phone call as well. I am strongly recommend to everyone should not go shop at the store. They do not provide any great customer service skill...
