CUBExec at Uptown Tower — Local services in Dallas

I’m a contracted mover and was hired to move office furniture here. I was advised would have to fill out w-9 in order to be paid.

As my invoice states and I stated to iris. I’m typically paid via zelle at end of job. I was advised by Iris Chadwick that I would be paid same day.

Later that day, iris called and said check would be cut by her boss and I would be paid the following week, after a week passed and no check, iris advised she would personally zelle me for the 1 day but company still sent check for 2 days of work(I was to come back a second time) 3 weeks later and never received check that was “mailed” yet I was expected to continue to move office furniture for them.

Not sure how they handle business when it comes to leasing or renting office space but surely can’t have a successful business with the way they handle movers. If Iris never personally paid me, I would still be waiting for payment of my invoice. Iris only paid out of her pocket because she needed personal items moved from her apartment. It’s unfortunate but these types of places don’t care about the business they put out, only...

We reserved the large conference room at the CUBExec Uptown Tower for 4 consecutive days. Iris at the front desk is super friendly and helped with all of our requests, even checked on us daily to make sure everthing was going well for us. The office itself has a traditional office space layout, very different from most other co-working spaces we've used in the past where there's large open spaces that tend to be too loud for our liking. That was not the case here. This space is quite enough to run meetings in a more professional environment. The building itself is in a relatively busy part of upper downtown Dallas which can make it difficult for visitors to get to becuase of th high traffic in the area, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. But, there is free parking for guests and visitors onsite, which is great. Overall we see this as a great place for meetings or training events. We'll definitely consider using this...

The representative I met with, by the name of Iris, was very helpful and professional. Her team offered me a great number on an office suite with almost twice the space that I had found at other buildings. I ended up not leasing this time because I needed to re-plan some things on my end. The building is also undergoing interior cosmetic upgrades which makes it a solid choice for an ongoing...
