Cute place to shop but the evening associate, Karina, made my experience less than admirable. She was obviously frustrated because I wanted to use my coupon on top of the BOGO deal. I told her it was no big deal if it would not let me stack them but then her manager came over and said I could! Karina then got this confused, disgusted, look on her face and said “but that will make it even less of a total” and her manager said “yes.” I asked her if there was a problem with that and she shook her head no. For security reasons I’m not using my real name. I came to this store and I was racially profiled. I was not greeted ONCE meanwhile everyone else (white) was. To make things worse, instead of taking the things I had in hand to try on to the fitting room, they took it to the registrar as if I was going to steal it. I probably make 10 times more than these useless cashiers. I have already contacted someone higher up and this store should be hearing about all the racism soon. I recently went because I love the clothes and accessories. But I felt so uncomfortable as soon I walked through the door I was ignored no one greeted nor asked if I needed help .
