I shared my frustration and Colby immediately went to the back to grab me a tide pen, which ultimately made my day 100x better. I am so impressed with this company. Not only did I purchase several beautiful pieces of jewelry during their Black Friday Sale. When one of the pieces broke ( my own fault) I returned to the store to see if I could get it repaired. No questions asked. Item was exchanged for a new one. They had to order it for me but is expected to arrive in 2 days. I really appreciate the excellent customer service....
