My wife and I wanted to make sure we were comfortable with this company before investing a large amount of money for a ring. We visited the Dallas store and we were helped by a wonderful sales person who guided us through ordering the custom ring we wanted with specific diamonds.

Because of a special they had going on that week, we bought a pair of earrings that would match the ring, we also qualified for a diamond necklace. We received the earrings and necklace on the day that we expected to receive all of the jewelry and we are extremely satisfied with those items we received. After speaking with our sales person and Customer Service, I was given an explanation for the delay of the ring. It was totally understandable and I was given a new date to receive the ring. We ended up getting the ring a week before that date and we were floored with how beautiful the ring was.

Reservation email showed the wrong address, as well as wrong address in Google. Had to call the number to find out I was several blocks from the actual store location. Had little to no stock on things so we agreed to order it in. This process took two weeks and could have been longer since they had put in an incorrect contact number. Finally called to inquire to find out it was in so to the store we went. Got to the store to find out the ring size Had been entered wrong, by 1.50 not a small miss. Now will have to wait two more weeks to get another. *UPDATE: The only option to fix their errors is for me to take the ring and shipping it to their repair shop in New Jersey, but yet again this will take several weeks. *Further Update: After additional weeks ring came back from New Jersey and is still wrong by half a size. *...
