The owner (or whoever he was in the back to the right sitting in the chair on his phone). is very very rude. The guy who cut my sonâs hair seemed kind and did a good job. Once I asked the barber to make a correction which was on me for not knowing the exact name of it (I showed a picture), before he could even fix it, the owner jumped in our conversation from across the room and was talking loud with an attitude. Never seen a man be so quick to get defensive from just sitting in a chair not doing anything. Also, when we came in no one spoke or acknowledged us. I thought the barber who cut my sonâs hair was a customer until he saw no one else would say anything so he offered. I asked do they take walk in and they said yes, 30 seconds went by of silence and then the thatâs when the barber offered. Thanks again to the him. But we will not be coming back. We just moved close by and I have been looking for a good barber for my son. At the end of the day you may not need everyoneâs money but being kind is priceless. You never know what someone is experiencing in life or how they can benefit you. I wouldnât recommend new clients. Itâs disappointing because they are close by and not bad at cutting. Let them keep that old money. We paid $30 for a low fade (my son is growing his hair so the sides were slightly faded low and he received an edge up), I tipped out of respect for the barbers time. I do hope that if cutting is his passion, he continues to thrive and open...
Read moreI had a great grooming experience today at LND Hair Studio. It was my first time coming here as a walk-in client. Iâve lived in Dallas for a year and I havenât had the best luck finding a good barber that can cut African-American hair texture until today. I was kindly greeted by one of the barbers, Ariana, who cut my hair. Not only was she very attentive to my hair concerns, she was also very fast and precise! The fade she gave me really changed my mood today. Also, the vibe of the shop was very chill and professional. I highly recommend her and LND...
Read moreThe barber I had did an ok job but still didn't fade both sides evenly. I asked him to fix the left side and seemed more focus on making the rest of my hair look better. At the end I just paid and left. Also thought it was ridiculous that scissors cut is not included with a regular cut since it's quicker and easier than a machine cut. There were plenty of barbers but non were attentive to the line of customers they had. It shouldn't take 45 min to get a hair cut once you're in the hair. They need to focus on...
