DO NOT RECOMMEND! THEY’RE IRRESPONSIBLE. Went here to have the hood of my car fixed from a branch that had fallen on the left side of the car. Mayo jr explained to me the process and how they would make sure the whole hood would be free from scratches. Upon arrival to pick up my car, he kept mentioning that the price he gave me was a good price for the work that have been done. He said it was a lot of work and for the price he gave me was really cheap. He kept repeating that about 3 times while we were picking up my car. I didn’t think of anything, but as a customer, it did bother me and made me feel uncomfortable, because he’s the one that knew what needed to be done and gave me that quote. I even gave him $2 over the price he charged me, and he didn’t want to give me the $2 knowing he owed me. I didn’t say anything about it but knew he was money hungry once he said we were good to go. He repeated the price about 3-4 times of course he knew he owed me those $2

After washing the car, we noticed a few scratches and scrapes on the hood. I wasn’t sure how that happened because it wasn’t even 24 hours that we washed the car and seeing all the marks he had left. We went back and I told him he had told me from the beginning, that he will make sure the WHOLE hood will be in good shape. But when I went afterwards with my boyfriend, he switched it up saying I told him I only needed the right side done and just a few scratches on the left side. Not the whole hood. When the only reason I went was to have the whole hood cleared. He said if we wanted him to fix those marks he didn’t get rid off to pay him another $500!!! Like what?? No wonder he kept saying he was charging less for the work he had done when HIM, himself, gave me that quote. And then we noticed my car was hit on the other side and he said my car wasn’t new so it could’ve been anything. When I know my car well enough, if I had done it, I wouldn’t have blamed it on him.

I ASKED to see the cameras through the whole process and he said the cameras weren’t facing the car when he was working on it. He only showed me videos he uploaded on his instagram stories and it wasn’t even close to a camera. I asked to speak with a manager and he said he’s the manager and he didn’t want to fix the rest of the hood that he didn’t fix (which he said he was) unless I paid another $500. The fact that I went by myself and he told me he was going to make sure there’s no scratches on the hood at all and remove the marks, but when I went with my boyfriend, he completely switched it up.
