So my friend and i went to this store to purchase a few things. While in the store they literally told us that we had to try on clothing in the actual store because they dont have a fitting room, they have a restroom area with a long hallway that leads to two restrooms around a corner down that looooooong hallway. I politely asked if one of the girls would mind just standing behind the wall, out of everyones view to change my top and remove my bra to make sure the top would look nice on me without the VS padding. She said shed speak to a manager and returned apologizing. My friend and i had no choice but to dress in the shoe are by the back. Not to mention the fact that i asked a girl to grab a top from the wall with the ole they use and her manager asked her to clean a mess and she walked away not even saying excuse me or one moment. I understand thats a manager but im spending money you need to attend to me first and not in a bratty way. I just felt she was wrong for not saying a word to me.We get to the front and their cistomer service was just ridiculous. Noticed within last year or so they started carrying more higher priced items than before but still relatively on cheaper end for retail. I've never had a bad customer service experience in any of my visits at this location but today I was a little taken back the cashier wouldn't at least credit towards the exchange I was doing. I had 2 items I (think I) purchased about 1½ months ago but couldn't find receipt to confirm. Both items were clearly unworn with all tags still on but because I didn't have a receipt to confirm if it was 30 days or less she wouldn't do it. She said besides holiday time they will not exchange nor refund any item purchased more than 30 days prior. Read moreI'm highly disappointed with the customer service. There was an item on the rack and it was the only one left. There happen to be no tag on it when I reached the register and the staff took forever trying to figure out the price when I said I had somewhere to go. When they came back after I waited they told me they couldn't sell the item because it's originally apart of a pack. Like I said they saw it was the only item there and refuse to sell it to me. Why have something on the rack if its not for sale and if there was an error they should have made sure the customer left happy.
