To start out the restaurant designed is very well thought out I was impressed. The food selections appear to be will rounded variety to cater to everyone's taste. Here's where it started to go bad my first choice was a lunch item because it was after 12 pm they were only selling breakfast now training and stuff had no problem with that understood it just opening up. My second choice tuna toast wasn't available so I went ahead ordered avocado toast, Ginger Jack and Nutella cheesecake. Bill came up to $34.07 handed them $100 to pay was told only credit card for now still trying to get set up with the cash register thought that was a little strange but today's world everyone has a debit card or credit card. The ginger Jack came out first very frosted was impressed followed by the avocado toast and when I was almost finished with my avocado toast the cheesecake came out. Up to that point I'm thinking this place is a 3 1/2 to 4 stars. Halfway through my Ginger Jack and enjoying my cheesecake with it. I noticed most of the Frost has gone. So as I stir my Ginger Jack I noticed a flying bug my first instinct was it's a fruit fly so to just remove it not that big of a deal. Since I'm outside seating but as I continue to drink I noticed there was an average of five to seven bugs in there when I inspect them closely they were flies. The restaurants attempt to recover My waitress asked me if I wanted my money back for the drink personal feeling I don't think you should have asked you should automatically assume yes. When she took the drink back I asked for a glass of water to help get rid of the taste and the feeling of just drinking a glass full of flies never received it. The manager came out to apologize which was good on his part but at this point I really didn't care I was still waiting for my glass of water. After waiting at a little bit longer I decided I'm just going to leave and go to Starbucks to get something refreshing to get rid of that feeling I just encountered. Posting...
Read moreMy first time at Crema was Sunday June 19th. At first it felt like First Watch but more, just more. The seating is whatever is available... you order first and take your number with you and someone brings the order out to you. Simple, practical, and very clean. Why 4 stars: The service!!! I noticed a waiter glanced over to us and noticed our food wasn't out, and soon someone else came over to let us know the food was being prepared. We knew it would be about 25 min from the time we paid. About 5 minutes passed and part of the order came out, the waitress then explained they were waiting for the croissants to be ready (baked fresh💚) for the other part of the order, "3 more minutes"! 2 minutes passed when the manager, Bernard, came to the table. Very polite, professional... he provided an explanation, he apologized for the inconvenience, and proceeded to inform me that he had credited the meal back to my original form of payment! Acouple of minutes later my for arrived and it was so delicious, worth the wait. Listen up Restaurateurs everywhere, this is how you handle a situation like this. Don't wait until the customer is complaining and upset to remedy the issue, rather get ahead and make the customer happy. I was so delighted and impressed. Every single staff member there was on-point. Thank you for a great experience... I will be back! *Note: there are many flies outside... next time I'll try...
Read moreIf i could give a 0, i will choose it. Crema has always been my place to go, but after tonight I will not go there anymore. I literally was there 8:20pm and i started ordering things with my family. First, the server taking the order did not pay attention to what i was asking, then he told me” the kitchen will be closing in 30 minutes”, and asked me is it for here or to go? I responded for here. No complains, everything was good until they served us. When we got the ordered, they didn’t made what i ordered, i had to explained the waitress multiple times what I always order, at the end they gave it to me but in a container box. Then, everything arrived but as soon as we started eating ( not even 5 minutes) this waitress came and said “ we need the plates to wash them”…. Is this serious???? Then why would you serve all the food on the plates??? This was so disrespectful, a joke , and the worst experience for my family and I. I even approached the manager of last night 10/13/25 and complained about it and he just responded “ yeah we have a policy of cleaning plates at 9pm”, not even apology or anything. It never happened to me before, i used to go even late hours and nobody was “ i need your plate to wash”. I was so embarrassed with my whole family. Plus, after 9pm they put the volume up with all hiphop songs, they wanted me to leave...
