As a downtowner, the square should be better kept. It has the potential to be a premiere park in the heart of downtown. Unfortunately, it isn't.

The fountain is usually broken and the square is typically dirty and unkept. It's so sad.

It needs a HUGE makeover. Maybe with the arcade finally getting up and going, some attention can finally be given to the square. Fingers Crossed.
