Staples — Local services in Deerfield Township

I went to my local store at 9550 Mason Montgomery Road, Mason OH 45040. August 25 at 1:20PM to do an Amazon return. I waited in line and when I approached the counter I set down my packages said I needed to do an Amazon return. Hayden then told me that everyday at 1:20 the computers shut down for maintenance and I would have to return in 1 hour to complete my return. I shook my head in disbelief and as I picked up my packages Hayden said “Im just messing with you”. I said that is not funny and that I didn't appreciate it. He continued to laugh and said yes it is really funny and kept laughing. He completed my return and handed me my receipt still happy about what he did. This is TERRIBLE customer service. Hayden should at least get additional training on how to deal with customers , possibly having disciplinary...

I had a great experience at the print shop thanks to Ian. He helped me over the phone with all the questions I had about printing my flyers. Even though his shift was about to end, he told me he’d make sure his coworker knew I was coming in and what my request was.

When I arrived about 30 minutes later, Ian was still there, despite being incredibly busy and wrapping up his shift, he recognized me and took the time to assist me personally. It was clear that many people relied on him, but he still made sure my flyers were printed beautifully and exactly how I wanted.

Ian was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without his support today. Staples is very lucky to have someone like Ian on the team here!

Noah in the Print shop area went above and beyond for me and my printing job. I needed twelve posters made quickly- and he took on the job with less than an hour left on the clock. He stayed after closing to finish the job for me- along with Brandon. I am horrible with technology and he never made me feel like I was a problem (even though I totally knew I was!). He took his time, cut the posters to the exact size for me, and did the job beautifully. I couldn’t believe how he stayed well after closing to make sure I had the perfect posters for my fundraiser for the Ronald McDonald House location within Miami Valley Hospital named Emmett’s Place.
