I see from other reviews that their attitude here is common. Surprised that Breeza hasn’t pulled their franchise or fired the people. My wife and I were looking for souvenirs to bring home. There were several racks marked “2 for $10” with shorts hanging underneath and various hats on the top shelf. The hats were cheaply made but we chose two to bring home for the kids. Went up to the registers where one woman was standing with her back to the register. When she turned around, she said snottily to go to the other register where another female was standing with her back to the register. When she eventually turned around, she rung up the hats and said that they would be $38. I pointed out the signs on the racks all said “2 for $10”. She snottily said that was just for the items hanging underneath. I disagreed, pointing out that everything below the signs should be sold for the sale price. She refused to agree, called me “Karen”, so we walked out. Typical bait and switch. I came back later and took a picture of one of the signs. The women started yelling at me as I was walking out the door again, telling me that I couldn’t take pictures in the store and to get out and, if I came back, they would call the cops. One of the women followed me out onto the sidewalk and yelled, “Did you take a picture of the sign that says not hats?” When I looked at the picture, I saw that they had placed a small tab in the corner of the sign after I had pointed out their error.

Found this clothing store while walking the Atlantic Avenue Strip in DelRay. Everything you could possibly want to need for the beach, from clothes to souvenirs are available here - at decent prices. Huge assortment of sunglasses, bathing suits, ... even toys for kids. I probably shouldn't have bought the fidget spinner. But it glows in the dark so ... !

All the shirts have started peeling after one wash. They were all washed inside out in cold water and not a hot temperature in the dryer

RACIST STORE ! BEWARE !

I was here yesterday with two friends and they had entered the store before me to purchase an umbrella (and they also bought a shirt) because it was raining. When they came back to me with the umbrella we crossed the street back into the store so I can purchase shirts because I wasn't comfortable with what I was wearing due to the weather. When I went inside and started to look around I noticed one of the workers started following me around. I walked back to my friends and told them that I thought the worker was following me. When I walked passed the register after telling them the worker that was following me was talking to the other worker in Spanish said something "ella" (which means they were talking about a girl) and pointed to me while making a stank face and began to follow me around the WHOLE STORE. I walked back and forth just to make sure she and she was definitely following me and making obvious angry faces right at me. She didn't follow anyone else in the store not even my friends until they were with me, the only BLACK PERSON there. I felt uncomfortable and left not buying anything because of disgusting they were acting. I'm pretty sure profiling your customers isn't a good way to...

On June 28th 9am I walked into the store to purchase a few souvenirs for my family back home. As soon as I walked in a lady at the register gave me a dirty look, and with an attitude said we are not open yet we open at 9! I looked at her and said it is 9:01, and she goes oh well she will open when she opens with a nasty attitude. (Which made no sense because how would I even be able to walk into the store if the doors was not open for business.)I said ok well you don’t have to be rude about it, and said I will just take my money elsewhere! That is exactly what I did … I found a better souvenir shop that had way better prices, and friendly staff called Beach Planet… I usually don’t write reviews but I feel like this behavior is totally unacceptable in customer service. Whoever owns this shop should have a conversation with their employees about good customer service. I read a ton of other reviews about this shop, and they seem to be rude to a lot of ppl. Don’t waste your money or...
