When I first came to this shop looking for flowers for my wedding, I met with Anuschka's assistant. He was a very pleasant young man, listened to my idea's of what I wanted my wedding to look like and tried to show examples of the products they had in the store. I didn't have an expensive budget and he definitely worked with that, which made me feel like I was in great hands. As we were getting closer to the wedding date I set up another appointment to finalize the flower decorations. When my fiance and I arrived there we were told we were meeting with Anuschka, whom we had never met before. I started telling her my ideas for the table settings and what flowers I was wanting and if it was possible to see a little set up of what it might look like. After EVERYIME I was done talking she would just stare at me with a slight smirk on her face like "You are an idiot but I will try to be nice to you." Once she found out our budget she made it seem like we were not worthy of her time to even show samples of the flowers she would arrange. All she did was talk about this wedding she did where the people had $150,000 to spend on flowers. The only input I had was telling her one type of flower that I did not want to see. Nice when you buy, not so nice if you have a return 😒 (-negative stars): I wandered into the store for the first time and was drawn to the most yummy smelling candles. After getting some fabulous product knowledge from a sales person, I made a purchase. Later that evening and the next day, I burned my candle for a few hours each time. I could smell only the faintest of fragrance, so disappointing :(

That’s when I decided to head back into the shop because I believed it to be defective. Welp, I was given the run around and told to come back when an office manager was around. I left then came back on another day and was told they don’t accept returns and that my sense of smell was off due to covid! While I understand that could be a reason, the unacceptable part is that this team did nothing to troubleshoot my issue with the defective candle. I asked them to burn it in another area to understand what I was experiencing and there was no willingness to do that or engage other troubleshooting options. I was dismissed after I spent my money and time at the store.
