I came into this branch to open up a checking and savings, because it was one of the closest in my neighborhood. I got dropped off by a lyft and she was trying to look inside from her office so l already felt uncomfortable like alright trying to judge somehow. From the jump, I was being question in a interrogative manner. She wouldnt take my passport. Asked me if I didnt have my birth certifcate with me. Asked why I had two first names. Asked if I had a state ID even though I have a federal. I could have went and gotten my state ID but I felt nervous and intimidated and she didnt seem interested at all in helping me so I left. Wrote my debit card info down on the back of the check with my ID, called to make sure the check was good. I understand all that, I felt like a criminal even though I did nothing wrong.
