This was one of the most positive nail experiences I have had. I get my nails done every 4 weeks so have had a fair number of comparisons. It is a fun and inviting environment and high skill level of both technicians. I felt immediately welcomed and taken care of. The results were exactly what I requested. I will definitely be making arrangements to return regularly despite living out of state. A very rude woman came in and was so disrespectful to Cheyenne. She demanded tools be autoclaved, would not listen to the Cheyenne explain her medical grade sanitation process and then demanded to leave without paying the full service price. It is clearly stated at booking that full price will be paid if not cancelled within 24 hours. She directly threatened to leave a bad review for Cheyenne if she did not give in to her. I started seeing her Halloween of 2021, my nails were cracked and damaged and constantly breaking. She has worked with me to get my nails healthier and strong.
She is an amazing nail artists! Everything I’ve ever asked her to do, from cutesy vampire bunnies for Easter and Rudolph for Christmas, to abstract art, to realistic tulips, to gold stars and bling, she has done. And it has been perfect.
Not only is she a great nail artists, but she’s a great listener and friend. There is a meme going around the internet about your nail artists being a therapist and a friend and giving advice and doing your nails and that’s her! She is always down to listen to me and help me process the different parts of my life.

Read moreDo not go to this business. I showed up for my appointment and their gate was locked. I called, texted, and waited with no response. I sent an email and said I would reschedule. They then proceed to charge me EIGHTY dollars for a no show fee even after they admitted the gate was locked and they didn’t answer. Only after this review did Cheyenne mention there are other ways to enter her salon (which I also checked my appointment confirmation email for at the time of the appointment and did not find, nor have I ever used). Unfortunately this business owner is extremely dishonest. I understand miscommunication/process mishaps happen, which is why I emailed and said I would reschedule and it was no big deal.
