I waited a week before writing this review. I was beyond thrilled when I left the clinic, but being that this is semi-permanent makeup, I wanted to sit with it for a bit before writing anything. So, a week ago, I got my eyebrows microbladed. Erica is AMAZING! First, she's just a good person. You get that vibe right away from her. She was warm and welcoming and her location is pretty awesome.
My brows are patchy and light in color. In other words, it looks almost like I don't have them. Poor Erica had a rough palette to start with. We discussed what shape and thickness I wanted and I showed her a few pictures. Then she took all kinds of time (which is a really good thing) to perfect measurements and make adjustments as needed. It's a little shocking at first to see the lines on your face - especially since I'm a red head and have super pale skin. But it is great because you get an idea of what you are going to look like before anything is really done. Erica was open to tweaks I wanted to make and super accommodating. She explained things when I asked questions and I really felt like I was being listened to. It sounds a little weird to say that, but it's incredibly important when I'm going to have to live with these eyebrows for over a year.
Erica did a great job of explaining what to expect and how the procedure itself was going to go. She numbs the brows a bit and begins. The first pass really does feel like scratching. It's uncomfortable, but not painful. After the first pass, more numbing meds and then for the second and third pass, I couldn't feel a thing. I took a look and couldn't believe my eyes!! You could see my eyebrows!!! The color was absolutely perfect!!!! We discussed how the color would fade and such so expectations were set properly. The color was not too intense, so I wouldn't look odd for a few weeks while it healed. And when it fades, it will look REALLY natural. Every day, I wake up and love love love my brows! I can go out without makeup or a hat! This will be a part of my budget. I HAVE to have this in my life. I cannot go back to powders that come off as soon as you touch it, pencils that look odd, colors that don't match, so on and so on. Microblading is the answer to my brow needs!!
Erica did such a bad @$$ job, I cannot wait to go back and get my lash line enhanced. I trust her with any and all of my...

I am 25 and new to permanent makeup and was turned away from the clinic Accent on Faces for the artists fear of a negative review (her words, not mine). I was lucky enough to stop by PMAC and from the consult Marta was warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Marta discussed my goals, favorite looks, and possible services available to me. I moved forward with powder brows and a lash line enhancement, thanks to her guidance.
The clinic is warm and comfortable. The artists clearly have the process down to a hygienic science, sanitizing all tools, wrapping all touch points with plastic, always using a new needle for every procedure, and constantly changing gloves. On the way out, the artists are dedicated to taking the time and providing the tools for the best patient healing possible.
Marta was patient and capable; we had an open line of communication before, during, and after both appointments. First Marta mapped out the geometry of my face and drew on brows with makeup based on flattering technique, then we worked together to tweak them based on my preference, and once perfected, she added the permanent makeup. After the makeup was applied, she handed me a mirror and we adjusted until it looked flawless to both of us - she was generous with her time. Erika also came in and collaborated with Marta to deliver exactly what I wanted.
On my touchup, everything went smoothly and upheld the standards of the first visit. When I got to my car to admire my makeup, it looked uneven and I went back into the office. Both Erika and Marta were kind and showed me that my swollen face was skewing the look. They advised me to let the swelling come down before doing anything and were adamant that they would be happy to spend more time perfecting my look if need be. Once the swelling receded, the makeup was even and fabulous.
My experience taught me the best permanent makeup outcome arises from communication and trust with the artist. PMAC artists are knowledgeable, professional, and 100% worthy of trust. My look is amazing.
Still unsure? Go in for a consult...
Read moreI just got the “hydrafacial” but im just in a bit of a shock! the machine isnt actually the patented one to be offering your services under that name!!!! the device you carry is a hydra- dermabrasion machine at most. Also, the description on your site says “Hydrafacial aims to remedy clogged pores as well as exfoliate , hydrate and nourish the skin with antioxidants.” well, i never got my pores unclogged or exfoliated from my nose, and i was very clear that was my problem/ concern. I walked out with a face semi hydrated, but not exfoliated at all! this single treatment shouldve unclogged my nose pores, and i walked out with the same clogged pores i walked-in with. also, i have seen video of how the hydrafacial serums are put in the skin and theres lots of taps / suction all over the face… my aesthetician only put the suction part of the wand on 4 areas of my face: my cheeks, my forehead and chin( there was only one suction in each area instead of multiple suction on the same facial quadrant)… the serums were dripping on my skin, as clearly the technique wasnt done correctly!!! the serums should be “stamped” all over the face, not squeeze /release on the machine, let it drool and then try to rub that on the skin! clearly the serums didnt penetrate… and as soon as i got home. my face felt exactly, the same. AND WITH THE GROTESQUE BLACKHEADS I THOUGHT THE FACIAL WAS SUPPOSED TO REMOVE. I made this remark clear and i was told perhaps a carbon facial would work better! lol i take care of my skin, so my nose isnt severely clogged and this “hydrafacial” I payed for was supposed to clear my nose out. I know too much about skin care to be tricked that this was a hydrafacial or that it was even done remotely correct. ALL I DID WAS PAY SOMEONE TO RUB SERUMS ON ME, NOT ACTUALLY MAKE THEM PENETRATE and to give it a chefs kiss, with the same...
