Foster and Son Fine Jewelry in the Cherry Creek area of Denver was the third place I took my ring to for a repair, but it’s the first place I should’ve tried! I spoke to Tucker over the phone and he told me to bring it in the same day and that they could likely fix it then, worst case about a week to get it back, whereas other stores were telling me there would be wait times up to 4+ weeks due to my piece not being from their stores. With Foster and Son it didn’t matter - Tucker saw me right away.

Parking was super convenient and easy with a few dedicated spots in the garage right behind the storefront. While Tucker was able to re-round my engagement band within minutes (and was so passionate, courteous and walked me through everything he was able to do and even let me check it out myself with a loupe!), I still had some time to check out the gorgeous selection of engagement rings, estate pieces and other unique specimens like star sapphire, aquamarine and watermelon tourmaline.

Also they have an adorable mascot named Sadie, who is the sweetest! I would definitely take any of my jewelry here and will absolutely...

Horrible customer service both times I was in this shop and a 3rd time on the phone. My insurance company required an "authorized jeweler" for some repairs. I have had great service over many years at Williams Jewelers across the street. Ashley was rude when I dropped off a couple of rings for repair. I figured she was having a bad day and gave her the benefit of the doubt. I then got a call from the owner and he said the rings would be ready the following week. When I called to check before diving there, Ashley answered the phone and said they are on a 3 week turn around and I simply stated the owner had said something different the prior week. She was rude again and I didn't think much of it at the time. I finally went in to pick up my rings and the 3rd strike for Ashley. She was extremely rude and told me that the two certified Gemologist I had look at the rings prior, did not know what they were doing and that she didn't care what others told me and she had no way to help me any further. Very abrasive and rude...

We very recently decided to get married on 11/22/22. We went into the shop on 11/7/22 and Anna was immediately determined to ensure we had our wedding bands and my engagement ring before our big day. They took the gem that I already had and went to work on a custom engagement ring. We received all the rings super quickly and couldn't be happier.
