I love the idea of this jewelry, however, mine broke within a few weeks. I was on vacation, I have no idea what happened, but saw the broken bracelet in the shower near the drain. Upon returning from my vacation, I made an appointment at the Love Weld location in downtown Denver (where my original bracelet was purchased). The woman who "helped" me was quite rude, she needed to make sure it was under warranty and it seemed to me that she was trying to find reasons not to fix the bracelet. She seemed as if she was upset that I was within the 60 day window. I brought the broken bracelet in, there was no question as to the fact that it was broken, in a number of places. She said she would make a one time replacement of the entire bracelet, but that it was not their policy and that there would be no further 60 day warranty from the time of the new replacement bracelet. I didn't understand why she was acting as if she was going above and beyond and that I should be so grateful that she was replacing a $200+ bracelet that broke within the first few weeks of wearing that was supposed to be long term/permanent jewelry AND WAS UNDER WARRANTY. When I asked her about the warranty and what happens if someone's item comes off and they have no idea where it went is that covered? She replied that Love Weld used to cover lost items, but that they had so few claims under that policy they removed it from the warranty. This is truly one of the most illogical comments I have ever heard and I find it impossible to believe that is why they removed coverage from lost jewelry from their warranty policy.
