This amazing tap-station (from the original brewery) is located at the intersection of Free Market / Dairy Block in downtown. Logistically it fits right in with the gentrified modernity of Denver. Joy, the intelligent manager was lovely and was excellent in informing me of the post-Great American Beer Festival award winning beers on tap. Though I was searching for the 2024 GOLD award wood/barrel- aged Western Justice strong stout, it was unavailable.
My eyes were nevertheless drawn to the 6 oz Midnight Run double barrel aged imperial stout. A ravenous stout that was aged in 2 barrels of Weller and Black Maple Hill distilleries (Bardstown KY), I could gather some butterscotch, cinnamon, and caramel that Weller is renown for in its Full Proof bourbon. I actually detected some crème brulÊe as well. Magnificent on the finish!
Keep up the great BBA stouts,...

They have a good selection of beer on tap (no flights) and I enjoy their Inifinity Pilsner the most. Seltzers were on offer, and if I remember correctly so was wine.
It's got an odd layout as seats are scattered over different levels and different areas inside. Outside there is a small patio area which when I visited I didn't take advantage of as it was pouring with rain.
No kitchen, just snack foods on offer so I wouldn't recommend this spot to eat at, but it would be a great pre drinking spot before moving on to...

Only seating for the brewery is outside, which was cool with us because the alleyway is honestly super cozy and well-dressed to drink a beer in. The hazy IPA was great, but the saison sour was absolutely fantastic. Only thing that bugged us was the bearded middle-aged bartender seemed like he honestly couldnât care less about being there. Service is a big vibe maker/breaker for us and this was on the bottom of the totem pole. Loved the beer and the...
